- All elements of the StratAlp application — text, images, graphics, logo, icons, structure, source code, algorithms, databases — are protected by intellectual property law, including the sui generis database right (Art. L.341-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code), and are the exclusive property of Jérôme BUISINE, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, total or partial, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorization and constitutes infringement under Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
